About Me

    Hello! I am Rylie Nelson. I was born and raised in Tampa, Florida but I am currently pursuing a BFA in Musical Theatre, as well as minors in Jazz Studies and Dance, at Kent State University in Kent, Ohio. I have enjoyed performing for as long as I can remember. My twin brother and I stared putting on shows together in the womb.

     My top three favorite things in the world are Judy Garland, giraffes, and boba! I am Judy Garland's number one fan. I am obsessed with anything and everything about her. I love listening to her sing, watching her films, and reading books about her life. I think she is the greatest! I believe that giraffes are the most special animals. They have been my favorite since I was born! I absolutely love boba so much! I am convinced that there is a perfect boba tea for every person to enjoy.

    Some other things I enjoy are listening to old jazz and swing music, reading, swimming, and watching old films.  A fun fact about me is that I am OBSESSED with Lindsay Lohan. She might be the coolest person on the planet!
